Assignment Description:
As Systems Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the ensuring system deliverables are of the right quality and on time, you review and synchronize requirements, and provide general assistance with the toolchains. You must be prepared to be hands-on with issues and follow-up status with system engineers, test teams, and suppliers. You will coordinate, train and lead system work migration. You will be part of a global development team with resources in Korea, Sweden and China and will have regular supplier interaction.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Ensure system deliverables are of high quality and on time
Review and synchronize system requirements
Update and enhance tracking systems to manage status and execution for systems team
Perform data migration and ensure quality of requirements and integration elements in system transition activities
Personal attributes:
Ability to drive, motivate and convince. Thorough and analytical, detailed and careful.
Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
Cultural awareness, especially Asian ? European culture
Experience of VCC Infotainment systems and processes is an advantage.
Travels to Asia may be needed (approx. 2-3 per year).
Each individual in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be able to work autonomously.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Requirements:
M.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
