THE OFFER
It might sound like a cliché - but in this role, really, no day is like the other. You will work in projects, from start to finish, together with the project group and have contact with different external stakeholders from our clients. It involves everything from gathering and analyzing requirements, discussions with stakeholders, customization and integrating our portal with the clients existing systems to launching the solution.
Examples of what you will do:
• Develop clients on the Global and European market in the context of client launches
• Lead and execute the technical part of the implementation cycle of our product
• Participate in project planning when launching client projects
• Integrate with client and supplier's systems and make sure our clients get the best solutions
• Be involved and lead technical discussions, both internally and externally
• Contribute to the project success using appropriate tools and techniques
You will be part of a team we call "Solutions Market Development" and they will be happy to introduce you to the Benify way, our daily morning breakfasts and how to understand the French requirements. As a new Benifyer, you will soon find out that you joined a company that truly believes in being Great At Work. That means mistakes are made, but you own them and fix them quick. This is the place to continuously improve.

WHO ARE YOU?
There is no manual on how to do this job, so you don't need the comfort of fixed processes and structure. You are the definition of a curious problem solver and if you don't have the answer to something - you find it. It is important that you are not afraid to ask if you don't understand and can say no when needed. You can communicate with anyone, technical or non-technical. English is our main language, but if you bring in some Dutch, German or French that would be a huge asset for us.
The perfect CV isn't the most important thing, but we believe you have packed your bags with:
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in informatics
• Experience in SQL and data structures
• Java and/or JavaScript
• Experience from system integration and working in project form
