What you will be a part of
At the Systems Engineering & Integration Team in the Department HMI, Tactical & Avionics Systems we are now recruiting to strengthen our Integration Management capability.
The task for Business unit Gripen Design is to ensure development, production, testing, delivery and operation of the complete Gripen weapon system to our customers.
The department E/F HMI, Tactical & Avionics Systems is responsible for Product Development within the areas of human machine collaboration, sensor development and fusion for decision support as well as the avionic system architecture, central service infrastructure and system integration.

Your role
As a Systems Engineer at the Systems Engineering & Integration Team you will be a part in the planning and coordination of integration activities of changes within the avionic computer system. This includes working with process development and way-of-working in a collaboration both within and with other departments.
The role will also include being involved in the continuous measurement of technical progress for the whole system together with pilots in the high fidelity system simulators.
Required skills or experience
* Minimum a few years of experience within the area of System Engineering
* Experience in leading or coordinating systems engineering integration
* A master's of bachelor's degree from a relevant Engineering domain
* High social skills as the position will require extensive collaboration with other teams
* Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
Desired skills or experience
* Experience of leading teams
* Experience from multiple areas of SAAB
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
