Jeppesen is looking for a Hardware and Infrastructure Expert, who will work in international projects, implementing and installing our crew planning products to airlines. You will work in close cooperation with our clients, acting as our expert on hardware setup, sizing, software installation etc. You will be based in Gothenburg.

Requirements:

At least 5 years in the IT business
Enterprise class Hardware and infrastructure knowledge
Linux, database and enterprise systems administration skills
You are fluent in English and have strong interpersonal and communicaton skills
MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
Ideally you have

Knowledge of Python, java, shell scripting and versioning systems
Experience of system installation and integration
Experience of on-line systems with high availability requirements
Experience of HPC, grip computing
Experience of messaging middleware, Apache Qpid,
IBM Websphere MQ is merited
Experience of VmWare and setting up virtual machines is merited
