Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
The Systems Engineering team is recruiting two Systems Engineers to take the systems engineering lead in development projects. The role includes having the full system perspective, from requirements to verification and integration. The development projects range from small, highly technical development to wider cross platform developments. In short you will be involved in all of Tetra Pak systems. You will have a fun a simulating job with a wide internal network, interacting with project managers, subsystems owners and engineers.
Main responsibilities
• Be the main responsible for systems engineering in technology and product development projects.
• Take core team roles in development projects.
• Develop and improve Tetra Pak s global processes, tools and methods
• Drive technical presentation in System Technical Review Meetings.

Your curiosity, technical interest and system view will be valuable assets in this role. You easily see the big picture and work in a proactive and structured way, always looking for improvements.
Your professional background is several years of experience from development of complex systems in sectors such as automotive, rail, aerospace or process industry, which has provided you with a broad understanding on how to manage the development of complex systems. Your technical knowledge is within mechatronics, mechanical or automation engineering and you hold a university degree in Engineering. We value project management and trainer experience. Your English skills, spoken and written, are excellent.
