Infront's Trading Services are expanding, and we need a system and integration specialist that can work with new and existing customers.
Although our ideal location is the Stockholm office, we work across multiple locations and are just as happy if you are based in our Oslo or London office.
What you will be doing:
You will be part of a highly efficient and dedicated team, delivering trading services to the capital markets across Europe and South Africa.
You will be working together with the team implementing, configuring, and supporting Execution Management and Order Management Systems with connectivity to exchanges, algo providers and brokers. The Trading Services are provided to a variety of customers and being among the most critical functions to their business.
You will have a varied role - from new implementations, integrating with other systems, continuous improvements of our services, to urgent incident handling.
You will participate in small to medium sized projects and be the technical contact towards the customer in some of our most important deliveries and implementations.
You will learn about trading, integration and the finance industry and you will put that learning to work together with the rest of the team.
Who you are
You have a degree in computer science or similar. Ideally you have some relevant working experience, but if you are newly educated, a quick learner and confident in your skills, we encourage you to apply.
Fluent in English and ideally a Scandinavian language
You would be familiar with some of the following technologies:
Strong Windows skills and familiar with operating systems in general
SQL queries and scripting
Interest in automation and provisioning tools such as Ansible
Experience with XML, JSON, and FIX protocol
Scripting and programming skills are beneficial, and experience from the finance industry is a bonus. Having a structured approach, being able to work autonomously, being keen to learn new technologies and business processes, would be key to be successful in this role.
