Description
Are you looking for a job where you can combine your technical background from converting industry with your project management/leadership experience?
The team System & Functional Integration within the department Development & Engineering/Packaging Material (D&E PM) at Tetra Pak is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategy for the cross functional converting system integrated in the standard Converting Line. In order to achieve its targets for the installed base in Tetra Pak's converting factories and based upon the global losses and customer issues. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Our role is to optimise and secure the Converting Line end to end functionality and performance by translating packaging material functionality requirements to converting parameters. With secured interfaces towards Base material, Packaging material and Filling machine/Package specifications.
Main responsibilities
• Act as Core Team Member in platform projects and drive own extended teams with full responsibility for Packaging Material sub-system (define What and When to the sub-sub systems and align How with project needs and Packaging Material strategies)
• Identify and address gaps in requirement cascading, requirement targets, verification/validation methods in the Packaging Material sub-system as well as in the sub-sub systems
• Responsible for the project deliverables to the Converting Factories and Packaging Material deliverables to the platform
• Secure "hand shake"/specifications agreed for the Packaging Material interfaces
Qualifications

A structured and analytical work style will also be successful in this position. Communication skills and the ability to adjust to different persons are important as you will be working cross functional with different projects and nationalities.
To be successful in this position you have an MSc within Engineering and minimum 3 years experience from converting industry. You have technical oriented project management/leadership experience and possess cross converting technology knowledge. You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
