Description
Would you like to contribute to and secure breakthrough innovations in Tetra Pak?
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to master the system views in new business development.
You will be an important part of activities with the ambition to generate new significant business opportunities for Tetra Pak. Your task will be to master the system views; securing that the system solution fulfils the value proposition and meets the needs in an existing or new value chain. You will also contribute in the learning of how to use and develop Systems Engineering methodology in new business creation.
You will belong to the Front End Innovation team, within Tetra Pak's development organisation. The main job for the team is to develop a portfolio of potential breakthrough innovations and to execute activities to discover and develop new business opportunities for Tetra Pak.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Manager Systems Engineering.
Main responsibilities
• Be the main responsible for the development of the system solutions to meet new or extended value propositions
• Drive architecture design, visualization and create a common understanding of the system perspective
• Develop the way we apply and use
Systems Engineering in breakthrough innovation activities
Qualifications
We are looking for an entrepreneur with a high level of technology interest and curiosity, as well as a good business and value chain understanding. You have the ability to manage change in an uncertain and complex environment and you enjoy being in an innovative and learning climate.
You are a strong team player and communicator, building good collaboration with stakeholders and creating attention and understanding in the organisation.
You have senior experience from systems development. You will be able to practise Systems Engineering methodology with focus on architecture design and visualization. Should you have experience from value chain and business development we find it valuable. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
