hela Sverige Systems Engineer – Data-Driven Engineering at NIRA Dynamics

As we continue to strengthen our Customer Delivery team, we are looking for a Systems Engineer who is passionate about solving technical challenges, understanding complex systems and transforming data into high-performing software solutions. Is this the opportunity that you are looking for?
About the role
As a Systems Engineer, you will become an important part of our Customer Delivery team, where we adapt and optimize NIRA's embedded software for global automotive customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and planning vehicle data collection to analysing results, optimizing system performance and validating solutions before production release.
The role combines analytical thinking, signal processing, engineering judgement and practical problem solving. You'll work with real vehicle data, identify performance improvements and continuously refine our products together with software developers, Technical Leads and Customer Project Managers.
You will also contribute to improving how we work by developing tools, refining workflows and exploring new ways to increase efficiency and quality. This includes using AI tools where relevant – for example to support analysis, automate repetitive tasks or improve productivity.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Required qualifications:
MSc in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
At least three years of relevant systems engineering experience.
Experience with Matlab or similar engineering tools.
Knowledge or interest in signal processing.
Interest in using AI tools for engineering analysis, automation or productivity improvements.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
