Our Live Operations team consists of six talented people who work together to monitor and handle incidents on our most business critical production systems.
We're looking to add another member to our team as we take on more services and responsibilities.
You should get in touch with us if you would enjoy:
Monitoring the health of over 40 mission critical production systems at Klarna.
Responding to alerts and handling incidents of differing severities.
Working with development teams in an advisory capacity to resolve these incidents and prevent future occurrences.
Digging into Linux based operating systems.
Working with a range of monitoring and logging tools including op5, Splunk, Grafana and OpsGenie.
