As a systems development manager you will guide and inspire your teams to thrive in their roles. At Adtoox you have the opportunity to work with products in various phases, from proof of concept products built with latest technology to mature products built with proven concepts. Main responsibilities
• Build and manage developer teams.
• Define and evaluate business goals.
• Drive evaluations of ever-changing technology.
• Coordinate routines in and between departments.
• Budget allocation and follow-up.
• Assure a seamless integration with the Technical Operations team.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Education
• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an information technology or computer science related field.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience from managing development teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies e.g. Scrum / Kanban.
• Experience in test driven development and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium etc.
• Experience in building large, scalable, and reliable distributed systems.
• Experience in design patterns and knowledge how to create maintainable, readable, modular and efficient code.
• Experience as a systems developer.

• You have a positive attitude and a will to contribute to a healthy team dynamic by seeing opportunities and always highlighting limitations in a constructive way.
• You are a great leader and knows how to make a big group of people enjoy the work.
