Sandvik Tooling's competence centre for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in Sandviken bears global responsibility for the creation of processes and structures for product-related information. It also deals with the management of product-related documents and data. We are now looking for a Systems Coordinator who will play an important role in the introduction of the PLM System.
Key performance areas
As Systems Coordinator for the PLM System, SAP and Teamcenter Engineering, your main tasks include:
• Working with the requirements for achieving a smoothly functioning PLM System intended to create, efficiently use and maintain product data in Sandvik business processes
• Bearing responsibility for the specification of needs and requirements in the PLM System
• Working with improving the accessibility of the right information in our system landscape
• Providing support and assistance for users of existing systems
• Document Management within the PLM area
• Participating in user training
Your profile
You hold a Masters or Bachelors degree, or have the equivalent knowledge and experience gained in some other manner. To be successful in your role it is vital that you have an understanding of construction and production processes. Previous participation in projects within the implementation of operational support IT systems is an advantage, as is experience of SAP, Document Management, Teamcenter Engineering or other PLM systems.
As a person you are structured, pedagogical and service-orientated. You communicate well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Other language skills are an advantage.
