IT Systems Architect

As a Systems Architect you will work together with the rest of the team stationed in Sweden and the United States. The team consists of IT architects, application developers and business analysts.
YOUR ROLE - Key responsibilities
In the role of Systems Architect, you study the business requirements from a technology perspective and work proactively by understanding their system needs. You will develop long-term strategic goals for the application platform as well as participating in the tactical work and contributing to the prioritized activities. Identify gaps in existing solutions and define solutions to bridge the gaps.
Permobil is in the process of introducing a new system landscape which will be a big part of your duties some time to come. Therefore, this position will be focusing on implanting new technology based on, for example, MS Dynamics D365 and Logic Apps integration platform. Your responsibility will be to design the system landscape consisting on these systems.
Keeping up to date with industry developments, both medical equipment and IT, is also part of the responsibilities in the role. Work is performed together with our global team of IT colleagues and together you make sure every solution is for the best of the overall business. With guidance you help developers and other colleagues to create the appropriate solutions in every case.
Because the responsibilities of the role is to develop and maintain a global platform, travel both domestically and internationally will occur.
YOUR PROFILE - Qualifications
As a Systems Architect you work both independently and in teams across the organization with a business-driven mindset. You have the ability to work proactively with energy and determination to push your assignments towards their objectives.
You are able to identify a vision along with plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal, evaluating situations, decisions and issues in the short, medium and long term. To provide the best value you share knowledge and resources across Permobil, look for value for the business, set plans and manage them effectively. You also consider the business implications in your decisions, avoid waste and challenge the use of resources and processes to maximize effectiveness.
You are curious about technology and have a broad and deep technical background. As a person, you are innovative and have a clear initiative ability. You have the ability to lead and communicate with other people as well as give a safe impression.
You also have experience in:
• Complex and integrated IT environments
• Cloud based IT environments
• You have worked in role of system architect a few years
• Degree from university in relevant area or other comparable experience
• You master Swedish and English in speech and writing
It isconsidered a meritif you:
• Have experience from Microsoft server-based products
• Dynamics 365
• Have experience in e-commerce products
• In previously roles have worked in a global organizations
