Interactive City is a virtual 3D market & meeting place where we all can meet old and new friends and engage in every activity we do in real life, such as social shopping, learning, dating and gaming.
As systems architect you will play a central role in the development and be a part of the design team for the whole system. Your focus will be to build a sustainable and scalable platform to handle millions of accounts and thousands of concurrent users in collaboration with our platform provider. The platform already contains certain elements of the back-end system thus you will be working closely with our partner.
Requirements
• At least a bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of documented experience from both designing and implementing complex systems with high performance database solutions.
• 5+ years of documented experience from designing and implementing transaction critical systems.
• 3+ years of documented experience of working with system integration
• 3+ years of documented experience from designing and implementing high performance client-server solutions with clients around the world.
• 3+ years of documented experience with web technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work well both in teams and individually
• Genuine interest for new technology and creating new solutions and products
Other merits
• Experience in working with online games and/or social networks
• Experience of implementing e-commerce solutions
• Experience in working with mobile devices
