Role Summary
As the Systems and Analytics Manager, you are responsible for the system solutions in Purchasing but also supervise development projects, initiate improvements to the systems and platforms. You and your team will manage applications and databases, and providing system training when needed.
You will also work closely with the business leaders to position the business for future growth and product portfolio expansion and report direct to Purchasing Business office Director.
Key Responsibilities
•
Responsible for functions applications and databases in alignment and integration with other global systems (ie ERP, PLM etc)
• Responsible to maintain and implement the function's IT roadmap by defining requirements, documentation and business cases to initiate investments/projects.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining standardized BI reports supporting the organization
• Lead the harmonization, master data sources and continuous improvement of function's core systems
• Represent and align with corporate functions in the areas of support systems (Operations, Finance, Purchasing, IT etc)
• Support functions strategic initiatives by suggesting, evaluating and presenting new features, applications or platforms (incl. mobile) making data and intelligence more accessible to the organization

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Experience in application implementation, database management, and/or BI reporting and analytics from a multinational corporation
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience in leading significant IT application implementation projects
• Proficiency in database languages (SQL, etc.), with a good understanding of Azure services related to database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI
• Document Manager experience and a long-term strategic mindset
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Education
University degree in IT Management, or Computer Science, or Data Science, or other related fields
