1. Design, installation, configuration and maintenance of all company IT resources like (servers, computers, printers, telephones, network devices and firewalls).
2. Design and implementation of backup and redundancy plans to insure the safety and availability of all IT resources around the clock.
3. Provide technical support for all company employees regarding IT issues (Windows OS, Office applications, and other commonly used software).
4. Perform administration and maintenance of all company external IT resources like (Exchange, VOIP and other online subscription based resources).
5. Provide after hours support as well as weekend support upon request to meet company needs.
6. Provide technical support regarding, IT requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, solution compatibility analysis and purchasing recommendation.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, telecommunications & network engineering or equivalent field of study from a reputable university.
2. 5+ years of experience in the field of system administration and IT support.
3. Reliable expertise in data protection strategies.
4. Solid experience in Microsoft server and client technologies.
5. Advance knowledge in virtual environments.
6. Experience working with (Linux, Word Press, Magento, SQL and MySql).
7. Extensive Understanding of essential networking protocols & technologies such as (TCP, UDP, DNS, TLS/SSL, FTP, HTTP(s), IMAP, POP, SIP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, Telnet, RTP, NAT, IP sec ...)
8. Experience working with networking equipment from key vendors like (Cisco, Brocade, Fortinet, Aruba Network, Netgear and other reputable supplies).
9. Ability to install, configure and operate video surveillance systems.
10. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
11. Fluent communications skills in English.
