hela Sverige Our products within Vision & Safety are true embedded systems for automotive with powerful micro controllers and large high resolution displays. We work with real-time OS as well as with Linux and other higher level operating systems.
As a team lead you will be responsible for leading a system validation team consisting of up to 10 people within our segment Vision & Safety. A team that you will be in charge of putting together using both internal resources as well as external resources. Together with the other sub project leads (such as software, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering) and the overall project manager you will put up goals, strategies and also follow up activities on the specific project.
The systems regarding the safety projects consists of several parts, such as, cameras, displays, control modules, HMI control and wiring and are very complex. This requires extra demands on the system verification strategy regarding validation (i.e. automatic testing etc.) and in this role you will be given the opportunity in influencing how this is done.
In order to succeed in this role we are looking for a person with an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Software/ Computing Science or similar. You have been working with software systems and done testing within embedded systems. We think you have experience from automotive/ vehicle industry or other relevant industry. Experience from planning and leading work according to ISO 26262 is a plus. Other relevant tools and areas, and good to have knowledge in, for this position are i.e. CAPL Programming, SMART test system, API testing, requirement handling and display testing.
As a person we want you to have good leadership skills with experience from leading teams, and comfortable with a team that is placed globally within different time zones and different cultures. We think you have work experience from outside of Sweden and your english skills are fluent. Since you will have a role facing Stoneridge 's customers we think that you have a strong customer-oriented approach and a strive for great results.
