What do we offer?
At Powertrain Mounts & Air Induction System you will contribute to the driver 's experience of the car. The section is organized under the department Propulsion Energy Systems within Vehicle Propulsion. The section consists of around 50 persons, divided into 3 groups. We are now looking for a System Verification Leader to the group Project & Maintenance, which consists of 10 skilled employees, in different roles, working with both of the technical groups that develops and designs Powertrain Mounts and Air Induction Systems.
What you'll do
You will be responsible to secure that all testing and verification activities are planned, performed, followed up and documented. In order to do so, you keep a generic plan updated for analysis and verification needs for our systems and components, you make sure that our need for test vehicles, test object and rigs are met. You will also propose corrective actions for solutions when verification does not show the expected result. Further, you will be the one reporting status and results of verification activities at technical meetings at the section.
You will be involved in setting strategies when it comes to development of systems and component testing. You will review and challenge our requirements and test methods in order to develop our and our suppliers ways to verify our different systems. This role creates great opportunities for further career development within our section.
Do you fit the profile?
You are a person with a strong personal drive and motivation; you are ready to take the opportunity to develop the area of verification within Powertrain Mounts & Air Induction System! We see that you have a grade within mechanics, mechatronics or similar, or that you have gained equivalent experience from work life.
You are analytical and have a structured way of working. You possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, growing and developing organization. To fully success you need to be proactive and good at taking initiatives.
You enjoy working in a team and are a great communicator. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and holds a B driving license.
