This is an exciting role in our R&D department in Stockholm. One of our System Test Leader is moving on within the company and we are now looking for her successor. This is a role where you really have an impact on the products that shape living for the better for millions of people across the globe.
A typical day at work:
You will help us improve the quality, reliability and performance of our products and systems. With your expertise, we will keep bringing the best products on the market - having the customer and their experience top of mind at all times. You will work in different projects that is connected to a certain product and it is important that you thrive in a fast paced environment. We offer a key position in a great development team, with colleagues working from Sweden, China, Hungary and US.

"Working as a System Test Leader at Electrolux, you are part of the core project team with responsibility for the functionality of the product - from the first prototype until the product reaches the market.
I really enjoy working with everyday household goods since they are easy to relate to and the possibilities are countless. When first starting at Electrolux, I could never have imagined that so much work was put in to our products.
I enjoy working in a global company where you get to meet a lot of different people and you also get the opportunity to travel around the world.
As a System Test Leader you really get to know the product and from there it is easy to pursue a career within the company, either in a specialist role or a more general one."
Job description:
• Develop and improve technical solutions for home care and small domestic appliances.
• Assure that technically feasible, well-verified and defined solutions are chosen for the product.
• Perform tests according to IEC standards, national and internal regulations.
• Design test setup and test verifications to evaluate new and existing solutions in our products.
• Create technical documentation and make sure that these are updated and available for other functions.
• Report progress, risks and deviation to plans to the Project Manager and / or the solid line Manager.
• Evaluate test results, identify and report actions needed to fulfil specification.
• Investigate and solve quality problems.
• Translate knowledge from testing into proposals for improvements.
• Support other functions involved in the project with product know-how.
• Create test plans and organize the tests to be performed. Being the point of contact for all testing with experts both internally and externally.

Education and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
• Excellent ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to run several projects in parallel
The following skills will be considered as a plus:
• ISTQB certified "Documented knowledge in test leading is a plus"
• Proven working experience in development projects is a plus
• Experience in Jira, Jenkins, Gerrit, Labview, Catia, etc.
• Skills in Python, Bash, C/C++,C#, Java
• Practical workshop skills
• Knowledge in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, iOS
