Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to shape the future of system testing? We're looking for a driven and innovative System Test Engineer - HIL to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing world-class automated test methods, collaborating with colleagues from around the globe in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Located in Örebro, near the city center, our modern workspace and nearby nature provide a perfect balance between work and relaxation. We also have office and workshop facilities in Kvarntorp, where our test track and test mine are located, 20 km south of Örebro.

Your mission
As a System Test Engineer, you will:
* Develop and refine automated test methods for HIL environments, utilizing Python/Pytest, NI Veristand, and Vector CANalyzer.
* Analyze and review requirement specifications to ensure alignment with test strategies.
* Document test plans and outcomes through detailed test specifications and reports.
* Continuously improve test methods, focusing on test automation and efficiency.
* Gain a deep understanding of plant models that simulate mechanical, drivetrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are self-driven, proactive, and able to plan your work effectively to meet deadlines. You approach challenges holistically, balancing the big picture with an ability to dive into technical details when needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you'll collaborate closely with teams across different functions and regions, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
* At least 2 years of experience in test automation.
* Familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN Open, CAN J1939 for real-time systems.
* Proficiency in Python programming.
* Experience with Vector CANalyzer and/or NI Veristand.
* Previous involvement in product development, verification, and validation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* As a global organization English is our corporate language and is widely used, both in spoken and written form. Knowledge of Swedish is beneficial but not mandatory.

Location and travel
This position is located Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
