For a project with one of our clients we are looking for a System Test Engineer for full time. The company is a growing within mobile Communication that provides solutions and products to new mobile services. The central office lies in Stockholm and smaller offices be in a majority countries in the world.
Personal skills:
• Need to have drive and initiative
• Must be detail oriented to identify discrepancies between actual and expected results
• Must be able to take ownership of test deliverables
• Must be capable in analyzing detailed requirements (internal/external) and when creating test cases, be able to verify that the requirements are fulfilled
• Must understand the system both on a high and detailed level as well as the environment the system executes in at a customer's premises
• Must enjoy working closely with other colleagues in a team of test engineers and software developers.
• Management qualities and experiences desirable.
Professional skills:
• M Sc or B Sc
• Swedish and English language skills both verbally and in writing
• >3 years experience in software testing
• Expert in Unix and shell scripting
• Expert in Database and ORACLE
• Experience in test methodologies
• Experience as developer in Java
• Experience from both functional and system testing
• Experience in working in an agile process like Scrum
Desirable:
• Knowledge of applicable standards in the area of 3G, GSM, SIM Cards, SMSCs protocols
• Know-how of the following technology areas
• Design’s effect on system performance
• Test tools
• Regression testing
