You will be a part of a team that test, introduce and maintain Tre's mobile corporate switch mPBX and adjacent services as a System Technician. We are an eight-person team responsible for operating Tre's mobile business exchange and messaging platforms. Through close cooperation within the team and the rest of the network organization, we work continuously with efficiency and operating quality.
About the role
In the role, you will focus on all systems working and that all services are always in operation for our customers who use the 3Växel in Sweden and Denmark. Your daily duties will also include active measures such as troubleshooting telephony and functions in the corporate exchange using network tools for SIP and mobile signaling. As well you will development of monitoring and statistics, testing and implementation of new features and upgrades, and participating in projects for new services and solutions. We operate mainly in a Linux server environment; we use script and SQL daily.
The role is very varied and are suitable for those you who enjoy working broadly in your field. There may be night jobs, and the service includes 24/7on-call weeks.

Who are you
To thrive in the role, you use your positive solution-oriented attitude to identify and act on a problem's cause quickly. You have a burning interest in technology and like to work with technical issues and solutions, think new, and develop. To be a structured and analytical problem solver comes naturally for you, where you are motivated by new challenges. Since there are many contact areas in Sweden and Denmark, you are communicative. You need to have good knowledge of English in writing and speech since you will work in an international environment.
Regarding technical experiences, you need to have worked in a Linux environment and good knowledge in scripting and SQL. You have a couple of years of experience in a similar role. If you previously have worked with SIP or telephony, it is considered meritorious.
