Then you might be the one we are looking for to our Customer Success organization at BRP Systems.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
As a System Technician you will work in a second line structure where you handle and solve requests coming from the first line. You will also install hardware and configure optimization of the applications to guarantee the applications' continuity and meet the agreed service level. your main tasks and responsibilities will also include:
Configuration of add-ons and third-party services.
Actively participating in rolling out new releases and new functions.
Handover requests from second line support to third line support.

A post Upper secondary education in Tech or IT or similar including work experience.
Experience in providing excellent customer service.
Good IT- and Microsoft Office skills.
Fluency in Swedish and good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing.
