Engine control is now looking for people who want to contribute to improving our cars' environmental impact and driving experience. We work with mechanics, electronics, controls, chemistry, fluid dynamics, modelling, simulation and software. With us, you will have great opportunities in specialization and personal development. Right now, we are in an exciting phase of development and to further develop diesel and gasoline engines. We also face the challenge to develop electric motors, hybrids and engines that run on more environmentally friendly fuels. If we manage that, we will be a part of creating opportunities for our children to grow up in a better environment.

We work alternating with cars, engines in test rigs as well at the office with computers. Moreover, we also develop most of the control software ourselves. We are now looking for ambitious System Team Leaders to support our team. As a System Team Leader your main focus is to lead and co-ordinate the control system design work within combustion/aftertreament, air charge or vehicle systems. The control systems include both sensors, actuators and other engine or vehicle hardware as well as the software algorithms and their optimisation values to deliver the requested attributes.
Main responsibilities
* Lead and co-ordinate the control system design
* Analyse system robustness and failure mode effects (FMEA)
* Define and handle requirements within system and from other areas
Required qualifications
* University degree in engineering/ or long time engineering experience
* At least 5 years' experience from engine control development
* Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
* Driver's license B and driving experience
* Experience in software development, embedded systems in particular is meritorious
Personal qualities
* Structured and good at documentation
* Team player with good communication skills
* Like things to happen and see the result of it
* Strong analytical skills
