Description
System Support CV&E is part of the Technical Support and Quality organization and is focusing in providing Customers with technical expertise, such as System Specialist, in the differ phases of our Tetra Pak products and services lifecycle.
We are looking for a System Support Technical Manager Specialist to join our team in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Secure consolidation of system view on quality history and performance
• Responsible for Technical Service deliverables in assigned PLC activities (i.e. DIPS Field Validation, etc)
• Drive these activities together with other departments/clusters to secure achievement of time, quality and cost target related to our products/activities
• DIPS Team member and TS representative in the PLC Governance forums (i.e. PLC Forum)
• Responsible to reviewer the content of Technical Bulletin from Technical Service perspective
• Owner of the Best Practice documentation connected to the area/equipment of responsibility
• Member of System Support management team
• Area of responsibility will be Basic Lines & DE of CV&E portfolio. (The position is based in Lund)
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated person with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the team and organization. You have great networking skills and an ability to work across borders.
You are a true team player and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. The ability to listen is as important as being able to present your findings. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You have the ability to exercise informal authority. Furthermore you possess excellent communication skills are able to create buy-in with important stakeholders.
You probably have a university degree or similar within the technical area.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
