The division has manufacturing units for transformers, breakers, instrument transformers, arresters, power cables and similar equipment. Power Products also offers services to safeguard the products performance and to prolong their lifecycle.
The division is divided into three business units: Transformers, High Voltage Products and Medium Voltage Products.
If you enjoy IT, problem solving and working in an environment where the career paths are many, then the position as System Support for Windchill and Pro Engineer may be right for you. Your main tasks will be operation, installation, support and service, as well as development, of the PTC products that are used here. These are for example Windchill (PDMLink and Project Link) and Pro Engineer, but also Mathcad, Mechanica, which are all used in our Swedish division. Other CAD/PDM applications, such as E3 and Sharepoint might be within your responsibility. At times you will back up your team members with tasks related to system integration, document management, MES systems or quote systems.
Requirements: You have a technical education in e.g. Engineering. Alternatively you have studied IS/IT or Mechanical Design and have experience from a similar type of job. Apart from having generally good IS/IT skills, solid knowledge in PTC products, especially in Windchill and Pro Engineer are a requirement.
Experience of programming, systems and user support for design tools such as CAD/PDM will be counted as additional qualifications. To be successful in the position fluency in Swedish and English in writing and speech is necessary. As a person you are a structured and well-organized problem-solver who is keen to resolve any issue that may occur.
