hela Sverige Role Summary/Purpose:
This is a critical service delivery role providing end-user
services during and following implementation of Oracle GLPROD and VCP. Working closely with the project leader, process owners and impacted functions you will help dentify and drive simplification, growth opportunities and develop and implement optimized solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Specialist in GLPROD and VCP applications and linked processes
• Responsible for training of GLPROD and VCP users, during and post-system implementation
• Responsible for local validation of new GLPROD and VCP releases
• First escalation channel for end-user support
• Lead or participate in GLPROD and VCP development projects to ensure an optimised solution exists
• Support the processes linked to GLPROD and VCP including improvement and simplification across the organisation
• Evaluates and recommends unique hardware configurations
• Defines special hardware/software requirements, capacities, capabilities, etc. to meet user needs while adhering to GE technical standards
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
• Responsible for the validation of all applications linked to GLPROD and VCP incl. maintaining the validated state of those applications
• Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
Publiceringsdatum2017-03-20Kvalifikationer• Experience with Windows-based desktop technologies
• Oracle (GLPROD and/or BIOPROD and VCP) experience
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
• Strong technical skills and project management experience
• Analytic, creative and technology focused problem solver
• Experience working in projects in areas of operations, supply chain, IT subjects within a complex organisation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Desired Characteristics:
• BS Degreein Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline orequivalent
