The section Electrical System Architecture is responsible for the complete electrical architecture. For example; logical architecture where logical components and interfaces is defined, physical network topology for networks and nodes, electrical galvanic architecture with electrical schematics, technical solutions for Vehicle Modes , Start functionality to ensure that electrical system is ready for drive and handling of Electrical energy and Power in our Vehicles.
As System Safety Engineer (SSE) you will support our engineers with system safety processes and methods in the daily work. You will also be responsible for delivering System Safety Plans and review Safety solutions created by our System Design Engineers. Further you will cooperate with wide network within the department electronical components.
Main responsibilities
* Planning and score-keeping of safety test activities (Safety plan) related to the scope of each specific vehicle project
* Gathering of work products, test results and writing Safety Cases
* Participate in the creation of Functional and Technical Safety Concepts for systems with safety goals or ASIL classified requirements
* Participate in evaluations of proposed technical solutions with the purpose to judge the possibility of developing and calibrating a SW solution
* Participate as a System Safety representative for the section within system teams
Required qualifications
* B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent work experience
* Good knowledge of system safety standards ISO 26262
* Experience in Electrical System Design and System Development
* Experience in embedded SW and HW
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Driving licence B
* Experience of electric hybrid vehicle development is meritorious

* Good analytical abilities
* Good cooperation skills
* Strong interest in and ability to develop networks, teams and individuals
