About the role
As a System Rig Developer, you will be part of a team that develops and maintains HIL-rigs on a system level and provides HIL-rigs for component and subsystem testing. This involves everything from configuring PCs, designing PCBs, routing wires, and performing configuration work. Our responsibility is also to provide simulation models for our system platform.
Additionally, you will focus on long-term solutions rather than just troubleshooting and support. The aim is to drive a sustainable, long-term outlook by minimizing firefighting and moving away from a reactive, situation-to-situation approach.
Who are you?
We are looking for a technical wizard with a strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and with a support-oriented attitude. You are open-minded, proactive, and structured, always driven to take the lead on topics within your team. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, managing your own tasks while also contributing to and supporting others. Additionally, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands on when needed.
Requirements:
• University degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of experience with developing and designing HIL-rigs.
• Strong hardware and software knowledge.
• IT skills to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
• Knowledge and experience with electronics.
It is considered a plus if you have experience with programming in PLC, and if you have a C driver's license.
