This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team included in one of H&M's largest programs implementing and supporting a new warehouse management solution built on SAP/EWM. Your part in this program will be to manage our Warehouse Automation vendors and their systems that are integrated with SAP/EWM.
Your main responsibility is to manage Warehouse Automation services globally. The system area consists of several systems and system vendors. The assignment will require close collaboration with suppliers, external provider and other stakeholders as well as leaders within IT and business. You will also need to work in close collaboration with other project teams and maintenance organizations.
Your responsibilities
The job of an System Responsible within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Ensure overall quality of delivery towards our business
• Ensure yearly plan for life cycle management
• Budget and monthly reporting
• Report status at a weekly basis
• Follow up on contracts
• Ensure good collaboration with other teams and our vendors
• Handle complex and multiple stakeholder relations and relations with vendors
• Manage business stakeholders in different levels and different countries
• Manage risks and issues
• Order and manage change requests
• Align and follow up automation system development and hardware deliver with other time plans
• Ensure deliverables from the team are on time, with quality and at cost.
• Ensure review of requirements, design and technical specifications

And your skills include:
• Experience Supply chain/Logistics business area
• Experience from Warehouse Control System / Automation.
• Experience of Vendor Management
• Experience from IT-Project Management
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish.
