In the role as Systems Responsible you will be responsible for surrounding IT systems to POS. This is a new area of responsibility, which means that you will create a new maintenance area in line with overall maintenance strategies and ways of working with maintenance and development. The IT systems are service based, which means that you, in your role, will work closely with our suppliers.
As Systems Responsible, your primary responsibility is to ensure stable governance and ensure that the delivery to the client takes place on time and with the right quality. Besides this, you also have the responsibility for budget planning, roadmaps, development, monitoring and coordination. You will have many contacts with, for example, steering groups, suppliers and business. To be successful in your role, we see that you have been System Responsible or equivalent earlier. You are structured and inspiring in your work and have strong social skills. It is an advantage if you have experience in ITIL, PPS, requirements and testing.
The Division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. The POS-team is responsible for the IT service for POS (Point of Sales) for all H&M group brands and countries excluding franchise. The team includes Requirements Analysts, Architects and Release Coordinators and manages all business development for POS. We have the responsibility for requirement analysis, design and scoping of new POS releases, working closely with our POS suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Overall responsible for your system area, including working with continuously improvements
• Responsible for maintenance and budget
• Lead and follow up work according to existing processes and frameworks
• Ensure that there is both a short-term and long-term maintenance plan and delivery plan
• Have a daily dialogue with other functions within H&M
• Have contact with suppliers and participate in contract discussions
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• 3 - 5 years' experience from working as System Responsible, Service Delivery Manager, team lead or similar roles
• Experience of work with external suppliers, including negotiation and procurement
• Good IT knowledge and interest in new IT solutions
• It is a merit if you have experience of cloud based solutions and different development methods like DevOps, agile development, SAFe etc
• Experienced in ITIL and service management
• Great communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills and change management skills - motivate, engage, take decisions, flexible and independent
It is beneficial if you have experience of development of integrated solutions in large enterprise architectures and experience of retail and/or POS systems.
Some travel may occur.
