We are now looking for a System responsible to Interior, you role is to secure our delivery to our business by leading your team in system development and maintenance management. We are looking for you with leadership skills and who is driven and have a passion for agile ways of working!

Our system creates inspiring and creative retail solutions, to provide an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. This is where the look of our stores are created and enabled. Briefly, within Interior is where the look of the H&M stores is determined, created and brought to life.
Interior supports the Expansion department with the tools required to manage the store expansion. This includes CAD, PLM, order and project management solutions. Interiors responsibility is to create the most commercial stores in a cost efficient way and at the pace that the expansion goals require. This work includes development and design of interior products, planning and layout of each individual store and purchase of the interior products.
As System Responsible you are leading a team of 14 people of solution designer, developers, architect and testers, both locally in Stockholm and through our offshore partner in India. You will make annual plans to maintain, develop and secure operation and support for the systems so that the business and IT needs and requirements are fulfilled.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Overall responsible for delivering a solution that meets business requirements
• Responsible for budget planning, forecasts and follow-up
• Lead, steer and support the team consisting of employees, local consultants and offshore consultants
• Monthly reporting to service area responsible
• Ensure that the operation organization fulfills its commitments
• Ensure that development work and documentation follows and complies with H&M policies, standards and guidelines
• Participate in decision-making meetings, such as the steering group and prioritization meetings
• Driving the team activities using agile methodologies and be responsible for working methods
Your skills

• Worked as a leader for a development team and or a maintenance team
• Have the ability to encourage, manage and coach people in your team
• Good knowledge and experience from different agile methods/frameworks
• Experience in working with managed services and vendors
• Experience of change management work
• Ability to make decisions
• Act professionally and work in a structured and methodical way
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both English and Swedish
