We are now looking for a person with strong leadership skills. A great team needs its new leader and you get the possibility to act with help of all your skills.
As a System Responsible you are in charge for the application that you and your team are maintaining and developing. You have also a team lead responsibility where you lead, steer and support the team consisting of employees and local offshore consultants towards the maintenance objectives set according to the business goals. You perform resource planning in collaboration with sourcing and staffing, ensure that the operation organization fulfills its commitments, and drive the team activities using agile methodologies. Budget planning and follow-up as well as setting up annual plans are also responsibilities within the system responsible role.

In this case you will be responsible for two applications, within to two different areas specified below. The applications have some interests in common and therefore are maintained together.

Service Area Interior supports the Expansion department with the tools required to manage our store expansion at H&M. Interior's responsibility is to create the most commercial stores in a cost efficient way and at the pace that the expansion goals require. This work includes development and design of interior products, planning and layout of each individual store and purchase of the interior products (Non Commercial Goods).
Service area Visual supports the Visual Department with a tool for planning of campaigns in stores and store windows.

To succeed in the role you need the ability to build good relationships and interest in and knowledge about how to encourage, manage and coach people in your team for reaching the best delivery and team spirit. You have strong communication skills helping you in your daily work. You are structured and used to work in a software development context.

You are responsible, humble, positive and flexible. You will be introduced to new problems and challenges continuously and it is valuable that you quickly and easily adapt to different situations.

You have probably done this before in another team and want to develop even more in a new situation. You have strong communication skills helping you in your daily work. You are structured and used to work in the software development context.

Your responsibilities

The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list and responsibilities also include:

• Monthly reporting to IT Service Responsible (ISR)
• Ensure that the operation organization fulfills its commitments
• Ensure that the development work and supplies follows and complies with current H&M guidelines and policies
• Driving the team activities using agile methodologies
• Responsible for working methods and to identify improvement needs for increased quality
• Participate in decision-making meetings, such as the steering group and prioritization meetings

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

• At least 5 years of experience as a system responsible including team lead
• Ability to encourage, manage and coach people in your team
• Good knowledge and experience from different agile processes/frameworks
• Worked as a leader for a development team
• Experience in working with managed services and vendors
• Experience of change management work (förändringsarbete)

You have good skills in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.

You have got experience from working with off shoring.
