Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as System Responsible will be part of our Inspirational Media area. We are responsible for developing the IT Services delivered to H&M Stores worldwide to more than 4600 shops in 68 countries. You will play a key role as the link between business and IT, where your primary responsibility is to provide effective IT solutions that are in line with our strategic objectives. As a System Responsible your primary responsibility is to ensure stable governance and also to drive innovation and development within Digital signage. You are furthermore responsible for your team consisting of project managers, architects and technical experts.
Besides this, you also have the responsibility for budget planning, follow up and coordination. You will have many contact with for example steering groups, international suppliers and clients. To be successful in your role, we see that you have worked as a Service Delivery Manager, System Responsible, Teamlead or equivalent and have been working specifically with vendor management. You are structured and inspiring in your work and you have strong social skills. It is an advantage if you have experience in retail. In short you are both a leader and a pragmatic doer.

Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Have the overall responsibility for the Digital Signage area within IT.
• Lead and coach your team (no staff responsibility)
• Keep up with and communicate new business trends within the area
• Run innovation projects, both your own and support others' projects
• Responsible for budget
• Responsible for planning and making sure all parties (internal and external) understand their delivery and responsibility
• Ensure that there are both short and long-term management and delivery plans
• Actively communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Work with continuous improvements, developing processes and follow IT- and architectural guidelines and sourcing.
Your skills

And your skills include:
• Experience from and interest in working with Digital Signage
• Experience of working with suppliers
• Experience from negotiation and procurement
• Experienced in ITIL and service management
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in PPS
• Good IT knowledge and interest in new IT solution and in media solutions and media technology
• Great communicational skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
• Experiences in working in a large international company with international deliverables and vendors.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe.
