Take the chance to be overall responsible for the H&M group intranet that is used by all our all office staff globally and across brands. The intranet is the primary communication channel where our users find information and documents to support their daily work. A new technical platform is just implemented and we believe that your experience will help us establish best practice in new ways of working in the new team, measure and follow up on vendor delivery and much more.
As a System Responsible you are responsible for the whole IT delivery to our business, the Communications & Press department. This includes a lot of different tasks; ability to plan and report budget, steer deliveries, managing resources and competence needs both in short and long-term. You are also a visible leader of your team that consists of dedicated people with both local and offshore resources working in an agile way.
Beside our customer, business, your area includes a wide range of stakeholders from internally at IT to external vendors. Working on all levels from strategic to operational should come natural for you. We need a strong leader who can create and maintain a great team spirit, prioritize accordingly and be clear with expectations. Your great ability to communicate lays the foundation for your success. There are lot of new initiatives and changes going on and you will have a great chance to influence both the team and your own development.

Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• be the overall responsible for the maintenance area
• create, plan and report according to budget both internally at IT and to the steering group
• plan and secure the resource needs
• lead and motivate the development team
• maintain and improve working methods
• follow up on vendors performance
• renegotiate and follow up on agreements
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• +5 years of working experience within web, likely Intranet
• experience from CMS platforms
• experience in working with external suppliers and offshore team
• used to agile way of working
• experience of working with agreements
• Fluent speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
