The department Electric Propulsion Systems has the responsibility to lead the high voltage systems engineering for the subsystems Electric Drives, High Voltage Electrical Energy Storage, Power Conversion from High Voltage to 12V and Onboard Chargers.
As a System Responsible Diagnostic Engineer who is specialised within Diagnostic (including OBDII diagnostic) and dependability. You will be responsible to ensure, review and secure diagnostic implementation in all running vehicle projects as well as form concepts, strategies and development plans to meet the overall system solutions.
Main responsibilities
• Support, review and secure diagnostic implementation in running vehicle projects
• Requirement engineering to secure OBD and functional safety/dependability concepts
• Analysis requirements for diagnostic monitoring software
• Support SW/system design team with diagnostic input
• Statistical analysis of DTCs from field reports and service data
• Statistical analysis monitor robustness data for Alpha/beta risks
• Ensure that functions and systems contain necessary and sufficient performance and functionality to meet the product offer
• Report status and progress to SPL leader and to group manager
Required qualifications
• M.Sc.University degree within mechatronic, electronical or computer science engineering
• Relevant job experience relative to development of automotive SW and model based controls system
• Competence within UDS, OBD-legislation, ISO26262, Autosar etc
• Driver license B
• Experience from working with suppliers
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
