Job Description
Do you want to be a part of H&M's digital growth adventure where your actions create results? As a System Responsible for our service Ask HR, you will be part of HR's Shared Services function dedicated to deliver world-class HR services to our colleagues. To do this your will need to develop and have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow as system and it processes as well as experience in administer the system on a daily basis. You will need to use this to manage change, releases of new features, ensure stability and overall fit for purpose of the service as well as interacting with users and stakeholders. You will work closely with external partners, local HR, and HR specialist teams to ensure the service is delivered in accordance with business needs and keep a continuous focus on efficiency, quality, compliance and user experience.
The role also takes the responsibility to create clear communication to stakeholders and managers to lift concerns and minimize risk and communicate expectations to the organization on what the system can and cannot do. You will also be attending meetings with the global superuser and maintenance team to have a good understanding of future system releases and manage the impact on the country end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall tasks
Contributing to the improvement of our ServiceNow HR module from both an internal and external perspective.
Responsible for documentation of changes in ServiceNow as well as to create user guides.
Organize and participate in testing of new releases and upgrades.
Close collaboration with our platform team within the Business Tech department
Process improvement
Assist in or drive the review, draft and implementation of improvements of processes, internal policies, standards, procedures and guidelines within the area of responsibility and related areas
Identify and keep up to date with relevant policies, standards, procedures and guidelines within the area of responsibility and related areas
Proactively and ad hoc follow-up on client satisfaction.
Qualifications
University graduation or similar
You have at least 4 years ' experience maintaining ServiceNow, preferable the HR module, in a similar role.
Experience from managing tasks like user accesses, groups and configuration objects, carry out possible changes in the system as well as manage incidents if they occur.
Experience from driving meetings and workshops as well as collaborating with different stakeholders
