The section Engine Mounts System and Air Induction System is a part of the department Powertrain Installation. The two areas are today merged into one section that consists of around 50 people and is divided into 3 groups, two technical groups and a third group (Projects) consisting of all the Group Design Leaders and System Project Leaders (SPL) for both areas. Our two product areas have a major impact on the car's total experience as an end product. This position is within the Projects group which consists of 15 men and women of different ages, background and experience. We are characterized as an open and friendly group where everyone shares their knowledge with each other. The group are now looking for a System Project Leader for early phases of product development in these areas.
As System Project Leader - Early Phases you are the project leader in early stages of the development process and will be responsible for cost, timing and project deliveries in close cooperation with system responsible (SA) for the technical area. You will be in charge of components and systems for both Air Induction and Powertrain Mounts which also gives you great possibilities for personal and professional development.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and manage development projects in early phases
• Responsible for time plan and budget
• Push and anchor important decisions in both project- and technical decision meetings
Required qualifications
• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent based on work experience
• At least 3 years' experience from product development
• Previous experience as a team/project leader
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Drivers License B
• Technical knowledge of the area is meritorious

• Communicative and a great team player
• Positive attitude
