We currently have the following job opening;
System Project Leader, Lower Body
This is an assignment at the Lower Body Module Team. The Module team handles all sheet metal parts for Lower body complete. As System Project Leader (SPL) you will be responsible for all deliveries within the system area of a specific project. You will lead a project team of System Engineers and Design Engineers.
Your main responsibility is to lead and coordinate platform adaptations to different top hat projects for future cars of the Geely Group.Since you are part of a large and flexible team, we expect you to participate with all your skills and experience to reach the entire team's deliveries. In the same way you will also be supported in your area.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Leading project teams throughout the development and launch phase. Securing timely deliveries from your team as well as from surrounding systems and interfaces. Manage the team in the planning, co-ordination and delivery of the Lower Body System. Support team delivery with analysis and design recommendations in consultation with System Manager. Securing lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements
MSc or equivalent experience Experience from task/project lead within automotive Good understanding of automotive development processes High integrity and pragmatic approach to issue solving Strong strive for cooperation Structured Fluency in English, both oral and written Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture Ability to travel
