Is systems like Jira your area of expertise? Then you might be the perfect match for our new position as Benify's System Owner!
With a great role, comes great responsibility! Yours will be a number of systems that keep our business up and running, starting with Jira, Confluence and Zendesk. Since this is a new position you will get the freedom to structure your work the way you want to and take ownership of the systems. So - we believe you have done this once or twice before, to avoid things getting slightly out of control. Being our system hero, you will start your journey by mapping our usage of the system and create action plans forward. An important part of the role is also to follow through and make sure the system is used in a correct way as well as continuously develop and review our usage and processes.
Examples of what you will do:
• Work close with stakeholders and requesters to understand usage and prioritize
• Create and take responsibility for forums for systems to discuss system matters such as change requests, decisions and prioritizations regularly
• Handle system admin tasks such as configurations and integrations
• Make sure system users have access to manuals and guides and get education to be able to use the system in a correct way
• Help our users getting the most out of the systems
You will be part of our IT Operations team in Gothenburg, reporting to our IT Operations Manager. They are technical experts in system and networks, but also experts in serving waffles and choosing the right cat GIF:s in a chat.
Who are you?
You are skilled in working together with stakeholders to find solutions, structure them and driving them all the way to action. Therefore, we think you can work independently, set your agenda and drive your own projects. You can do this in a diplomatic way by listening to needs and request as well as being able to say no to and prioritize on what is most business-critical.
Your bags are also packed with:
• Around 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience from administrating Jira
• Experience from leading projects
