This is your chance to join us in implementing the ETech ServiceNow platform for our global colleagues around the world. You will make it easier for our employees to handle IT related requests, enabling them to do their magic. This is done together with several teams within Schibsted Enterprise Technology and your mission is to create a great service experience for Schibsted employees in over 30 countries.
You will run the System lifecycle management for Schibsted 's ServiceNow platform and you are a part of the team that develop and operate the platform.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Defining system vision and roadmap
• Work with business, engineers and architects in creating system strategy and architecture
• Working closely with the Service Managers, the global process owners, and business stakeholders to maximise the value to the business
• System Governance and Stakeholder management
• Prioritizing the backlog and change management
• Act as stakeholder against other teams and functions needed to complete the product (integration team, operations, component teams etc)
• Coordinating local and global integration development
Skills and expertise:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• At least 5 years experience as a System Administrator or Systems Owner
• Deep knowledge within IT Service Management, operation and development
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and Service delivery to multiple customers
