System Oriented Group Accountant to Capio
Our client Capio is currently recruiting a system oriented Group Accountant. You will be part of the Group Accounting & Reporting team consisting of five people including the manager and will be located at Capios HQ in Gothenburg. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting. Responsibilities
As Group Accountant within Capio you take part in monthly, quarterly and year-end closings as well as forecast and budget reporting for the Group. Your main tasks in closings will be reconciliations, follow-ups, analyzes and compile reporting packages. You also prepare and ensure financial information in interim- and annual reports.
As system oriented Group Accountant you support the organization with building accounting structure in the operational reporting and are responsible for maintenance and administration of the operational structure in the group reporting system Aaro. You will also work with maintenance and develop reporting models and packages.
In this role you also participate in improvement activities in the financial reporting as well as provide support to subsidiaries, business areas and other management teams throughout the Group on accounting and reporting issues.
You will also provide ad-hoc support in projects for wider Group Finance activities as required.
Profile
To be considered you have a Bachelor degree within accounting or equivalent, you have at least 3-5 years' work experience, preferably from an international working environment. You have experience of covering general reporting, accounting and analysis and have strong experience and a genuine interest in various systems as well as maintaining and developing reporting models and packages. Previous experience of Aaro or other consolidation systems is desirable.
High level of IT literacy including advanced Excel skills is essential. You are fluent in English.
