hela Sverige Perido is recruiting a System Operations Administrator to our client, a well known and global company working in a complex and critical IT environment in their everyday business. The position is placed at our clients' office about 15 minutes out of central Stockholm.
In this role as System Operations Administrator you will track and monitor simple projects; adheres to project deadlines and alerts management of any barriers to successful project completion, as well as assist with research and provides input into project plans and milestones. One of the main responsibilities will be overseeing and developing timing estimates for basic projects based on limited understanding of customers business needs and time constraints.
One of your main tasks is to handle basic solutions to problems by collects information to analyze problems and identify their origin and with the ability to answer basic questions pertaining to a specific area of expertise. You develop relationships with customers by actively listening, resolving issues, recognizing when customers are dissatisfied, and ensuring needs have been addressed.
We're looking for someone with degree qualified in Computer Science, MIS or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience. It is necessary that you have conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline as well as general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. You have attention for details and analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments. We also think you have the ability to perform routine or basic data analysis, following the correct steps and using the appropriate tools, seeking guidance when necessary. You seek opportunities to build functional skills and technical expertise by gathering feedback from senior associates.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
