We would like to hire a System / Network Administrator, Internal IT IS, Nordics . In the role you will be responsible for ensuring IT setup and you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm and report to Internal IT head for EMEA region . Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Making sure that Network infrastructures related to TCS data network is effectively maintained.
• Establishing network specifications by conferring with both internal and external customers; analyzing projects specifications,guaranteeing access to the intended users,protecting information against external attackers, designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
• Protecting network infrastructure by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
• Maintaining network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems;escalating problems to vendor.
• Securing network by developing network access,implementing firewalls rules, monitoring,control, and evaluation;maintaining documentation.
• Upgrading network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Support & collaborate with the TCS corporate teams who are responsible for implementing the TCS corporate policies across all TCS locations worldwide.
• Asset\Inventory management, Executive support, remote support .
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or lnformation Technology.
• At least 8 years experience in IT Infrastructure Support Experience, Implementing, Maintaining and Managing the Servers, Networks and vendor management.
• Experience in Lotus / Exchange Mail Account.
• Strong Knowledge on Desktop / Laptop / Sever imaging and Knowledge in Vendor Management and Procurement.
• Technical certification as Cisco CCNA or CheckPoint CCSA will be considered as a plus.
• Fluent knowledge of English language.
