Ericsson in Linköping focuses on the development of radio network control within mobile systems. The unit is responsible for several central parts of Ericsson's mobile systems, and coordinates and leads the development of Ericsson organizational units all over the world. The development departments in Linkoping also work with the next generation of mobile systems, products for residential mobile broadband, operations & maintenance systems, simulators and test plants for the delivery of products. The Linköping unit also carries out research for mobile networks of the future.

Job Description
As a System manager/System designer you are working with the following tasks;
• Technical investigations and reports
• Requirement handling
• Technical roadmaps
• Technical sales support

Who are you?
We are looking for customer oriented persons with a genuine interest in both technology and people, with the ability to work in a team. A strong drive to learn new things and to get things done is also needed. From a technical perspective knowledge in one or several of the following areas is needed;

• Excellent knowledge within the IP area (protocols, routing, applications)
• Experience/knowledge in Radio Network Access
• Knowledge within the area of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) systems
• Experience/knowledge from software development (C, C++, Java, Unix, Linux, IP network, VoIP, WLAN..)
• Experience/knowledge in embedded systems
General competences needed are:
• Capacity to handle several tasks in parallel
• Good cooperation skills, both within and outside the team.
• Good knowledge in English is needed

Suitable background is B.Sc., M.Sc. or corresponding university education of at least 120 points, or alternatively, a similar educational background.
