We are supporting Scania with HR solutions, covering the whole lifecycle; from requirements, implementation projects to ongoing further development and maintenance. Scania's business is changing over time and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing new technology. It is now a great opportunity to join us on our exciting journey.
Responsibilities
You will contribute with your knowledge and expertise to develop our existing HR IT landscape towards new technologies and the best suitable solutions. Participate in, and support implementation projects and technical releases.
Qualifications
Highly developed analytical skills, and proven experience in problem solving
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Organised and a strong service-minded approach
Experience from ERP and cloud based business applications
Experience in HR, preferably combining HR system expertise and HR master data management
Knowledge on global HR IT applications
University degree in computer science or equivalent experiences
Proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English
As a person you are curious, enjoy taking on new challenges and working with focus on quality and targets. Furthermore you are eager to learn new things and able to lead your own work. You like working in a team, but it is also important that you can take the initiative and work independently.
