We currently have the following job opening;
System Manager - Luggage
As a System Manager you are responsible for the development of new systems within the Interior Trim module team. You will also have the responsibility of the deliveries from the project teams both in Sweden and China. We are looking for a person with ability to drive, motivate and convince, as well as the persistency to pursue targets and take decisions.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Driving and developing system requirement alignment
- Developing system design solutions together with our partners and suppliers, based on best practice iorder to meet new requirements
- Defining, planning and monitoring system testing and validation together with the validation team.
- Leading and coordinating the cross functional team and overall work tasks
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. Engineering
- 5-10 years' experience in automotive development
- Relevant experience in the specific system area
- Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
- Experience in project management
- Experience in supplier management
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
