System Manager - CMA Powertrain Software
As a System Manager for CMA powertrain software you are leading the work to secure a successful integration of the powertrain nodes into the CMA platform together with your team. You will be part of the SW domain at controls and calibration, a unit within Powertrain Integration.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Plan and communicate expected deliveries with your team towards powertrain ECU suppliers
• Secure SW integration of powertrain nodes by assessing results from boxcar to real test cars
• Follow up and facilitate solving of problem reports with your team within the powertrain software area
• Plan and follow up on calibration for powertrain SW functions
• Communication towards projects and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Engineering degree at a Masters level or similar experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience from the software domain within the automotive industry
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leading position
• Knowledge about software processes and change management for software.
• Fluent in English
• Driven problem solver
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally
