As System Maintenance Manager within PM&T Operate and Support, you will lead a team to deliver methodologies and systems within MBD with focus on Delmia and 3D Maintenance instructions.
The team consist of ten co-workers with architecture, system developer and methodologies as expertise. Your focus as System Maintenance Manager is to make these areas to work together, deliver a complete solution to the organisation, and cooperate with the other departments within our area. You will have budget responsibility and license responsibility.
Your profile
We are looking for you who has the ability to lead and inspire other people to deliver what is expected from the organisation.
Required skills:
* Experience as system maintenance manager or other management roles such as Project manager or team manager
* Take initiative, plan and lead your work as well as others
* Communicate with different types of groups within the business.
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Working in a model-based way of working
* Working with integrated system solutions
* Knowledge and experience from system development, method development
* Be self-reliant and goal oriented
* You shall have a bachelor degree or higher or similar work experience.
You will be located in Tannerfors, Linköping. You will have team members in Göteborg, regular trips are necessary.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with Swedish Protective Security Act.

What you will be a part of
Aeronautics, a business area within Saab, offers flight related part systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, aircraft structure and service to military and civilian flight industry around the globe. Aeronautics is responsible for the development, production, marketing, sale and support of our Gripen system.
You will be working within the business unit Governance and Management Support and will be a part of the Model Based Engineering unit. The Model Based Engineering unit is a support function to Aeronautics operations for product development and provides the methods that the engineers at Saab uses in their day-to-day work.
Our core competence is within user support, development of methods and techniques, strategic business commitments as well as administration and customisation of methodology and functions that is used within our business area. The business area is in the forefront of working with MBD methodology, Model Based Definition, a method where all requirements for the article is available in the 3D model and is reused in every part of the production.
Within the business area, about 100 co-workers with a variety of backgrounds, ages, and gender are working. We have an open-minded atmosphere, a good community and the possibility for the individual to grow.
