hela Sverige You will be responsible for technical analyze of incoming deviations from the plan and recommend countermeasures and actions to improve the situation. You will also develop and lead the integration plan and events for the program, and develop new methods, tools and processes for integration management. You will participate in analysis of root cause for system errors during integration events.
Qualifications:
• Master of Science degree in electrical engineering/software design or mechatronics.
• Experience of software and system design, configuration management and program/project management.
• Experience of being a change agent
• Knowledge in English - fluent and Swedish in an at least intermediate level (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Elektra and ISO26262 is meritorious.

As a project leader you will work together with program managers, configuration managers and designers from all the units in R&D to secure synchronized development, delivery and verification from a complete electrical system perspective.
